BOTTLING

Built with versatility in mind, our modern, medium-capacity bottling line can fill a range of 330ml and 500ml bottles. All bottles are labelled, date coded, PAA rinsed filled and capped before being sent to your secondary packing formats. We can apply front, back & neck labels or wrap-around labels and offer a selection of coloured 26mm crown caps to suit your needs.

Our portfolio of clients doesn’t just include cider; we can pack a variety of liquids including fruit juices, carbonated soft drinks, tonics & mixers, ready-to-drink cocktails and more.

We understand one size doesn’t fit all which is why we work hard to accommodate a wide range of finished pack formats including 6, 8, 12 and 24 packs, with or without trays. Our exceptionally low wastage allows us to offer an MOQ of just 2000 litres, whilst our high efficiency and scalability allow us to offer competitive rates on larger-scale runs.
